Before the First Consultation

Pre-Consult Assessment

In order to triage and prioritise your appointment, It would help expedite the process if you could have the referral letter, reports of recent scans (Xrays, MRI and CT scans under 12 months) and the completed “Patient Information Sheet” sent to the office via mail, facsimile or email.

Once we have reviewed your information, we will schedule the earliest available appointment.

If your Xrays, MRI and CT scans are obsolete (egmore than 12 months old or a new symptom has occurred), we will need to send you for new scans PRIOR to the first consultation in order to have all the relevant images available for the first consultation. You will be responsible for organising these investigations.
